Naima Hussaini and Righteous Samuel Genesis, two JSS 3 students, found the money on the school grounds and gave it to their teacher, Mr. Ezekiel Yerima.
On Monday, July 18, 2022, the students told KT103.9fm Jos that they decided to return the money because of the teachings of their various religions and their upbringing.
The teenagers claim that they were taught not to keep things that did not belong to them and that failing to return money could even put the owner in legal trouble.
