The host of Big Brother Nigeria season seven has been announced by the show’s organizers.
According to BBN organizers, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will host Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) season seven, his sixth year anchoring the reality TV show.
BBNaija took to social media to announce that the media personality would reprise his role in the show’s 2022 edition.
“The looks, the wit, the fashion and the elegance. The multitalented @Ebuka is bringing it all for #BBNaija season 7. Una dey ready? ” It wrote.
Ebuka, who appeared on the first season of BBNaija in 2006, has been hosting the show since 2017.
The winner of this year’s reality show will take home a grand prize of 100 million, the highest ever since the show’s inception.

The cash prize is N50 million, while the other N50 million is an estimate of prizes from the sponsors.
On July 23 and 24, the reality show will premiere with two opening ceremonies. It will air on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29 at 7 p.m., with a simulcast on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family.
This year’s season of BBNaija will last 72 days, ending on October 2, 2022.
Over 40,000 people are said to have auditioned for the reality show.
White Money won the show last year, according to The Nation Community. He also won the N90 million grand prize.
