During a C-section, a doctor is filmed sexually assaulting a pregnant woman [VIDEO].

The anaesthetist, Giovanni Quintella Bezerra, has been arrested for “rape,” according to the UK Sun.

This came after he was secretly filmed sticking his penis into the unconscious woman’s mouth.

He allegedly heavily sedated her at the Hospital da Mulher in So Joo de Meriti, Rio de Janeiro.

In a viral video, the anaesthetist can be seen undoing his fly and assaulting the woman while other doctors perform a C-section on her less than a metre away behind a surgical curtain.

The other doctors were reportedly concerned about the number of drugs he administered to the woman, so they installed a hidden camera.

The police and other state authorities are looking into whether the anaesthetist has any other victims.

In response to the development, the Rio de Janeiro state health foundation and the secretary of state for health stated, “We inform you that an internal investigation will be opened to take administrative measures.”

“The Hospital da Mulher team is providing full support to the victim and her family. This behaviour constitutes a crime, which must be punished in accordance with the legislation in force.”
