The singer was supposed to perform with Gbenga Adeyinka and friends at the 2022 edition of the Laffmattazz, which took place in Akure on June 12, 2022, but he failed to show up and he charged N2.5 million for him to perform at the show.

According to reports, Adeyinka lost an additional N1.5 million due to Peruzzi’s flight fee, lodging which have already been paid for and transportation from the airport to the event venue in Ondo state but failed to show up.
Adeyinka has now taken Peruzzi to court, demanding 100 million Naira after he allegedly ignored all of his attempts to resolve the issue.
Peruzzi have been sued for not showing up at the event.
