Peter Michonza was a well-known musician in the neighborhood, but a resident of Ageva told Daily Trust that he abruptly began a gospel ministry, accepting people for deliverance.
It is also claimed that Pastor Michonza’s church, which is situated in the Ageva neighborhood of Okene, operates a labor room for expectant mothers.
The chairman of the Okene LGA, Hon. Abduraraq Muhammad, was the one who gave the security agents the order to arrest and investigate his activities, according to Abdulmumin Abubakar, the chairman’s media aide, who confirmed his arrest to newsmen on Wednesday.
The fact that Pastor Michonza was seen selling “bullet proof water” in a social media video may not be unrelated to his arrest.
The Post ‘A Pastor in Kogi is detained for selling “bulletproof water” ‘ initially appeared on reubenabati
