The 37-year-old succeeds in becoming the first player in football history to reach 700 goals scored for clubs.
Throughout his career, Ronaldo has represented Sporting Lisbon, United (twice), Real Madrid, and Juventus.
He scored five goals in 31 games for Sporting, 450 for Real in 438 games, and 101 for Juventus in 134 games. In his first stint at United, he scored 118 goals in 298 games, and in his current second, he has 26 goals in 48 games.
Since making his Portugal debut in 2003, Ronaldo has played in 191 international games and set a global record with 117 goals. On September 1, 2021, during their World Cup qualifier against the Republic of Ireland, the legendary No. 7 scored twice for his nation to break the previous mark.
