The video starts as Obasanjo is finishing up his speech and addressing Peter Obi as “the president of Nigeria.”
Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, is being addressed by another guest at the event. Obasanjo says to the visitor, “Let him be. Let him be, “causing other visitors to laugh.
After that, Obasanjo approaches to Peter, and the former governor of Anambra State gets up to shake hands with the former president of Nigeria.
Obasanjo guides Obi to his own seat while still holding his hand.
Peter Obi is subsequently seated, and Obasanjo departs, declaring, “Ehen, my job is done.”
After that, Obasanjo promptly leaves the place.
