After colliding with a commercial bus, a BRT bus was set on fire in Lagos (videos).

According to reports, the commercial bus driver passed away at the scene, and many passengers suffered injuries.

A spokeswoman for the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) confirmed the incident and attributed the crash to the buses’ excessive speed.

On Wednesday, April 19, at Ifako inwards Ogudu Bridge, a BRT bus and a commercial bus were tragically involved in a collision.

An enraged mob then set the BRT bus on fire.
