In Lagos, a passenger passes away inside a taxi

The deceased started to scream during the trip before being taken to the hospital, where he passed away.

Family sources said that Babatunde, who lives in Lekki’s Osapa London, hired the bolt rider through the app for a journey.

At around 2:00 PM, the bolt rider arrived at his house, picked him up, and left towards Ikate, where Babatunde was going. The dead started shouting “My heart” during the trip, which caused his mood to alter.

The bolt driver hurried him to two different hospitals out of panic, where doctors declared him dead.

The motorist reported the incident to the nearest police station right away, and the officials there got in touch with the victim’s relatives.

His body has been left at the mortuary of the IDH General Hospital while the police look into the circumstances of his unexpected demise.
