This was revealed by the “Bop Daddy” star in a video that was uploaded to his Instagram page on May 10th evening.
He claims that in November 2022, while playing football, he injured his knee, and following a consultation, he was told that he needed to have knee surgery.
He took a plane to the UK, where he underwent successful surgery.
On Wednesday, he released a video of himself in the hospital and elaborated on his pre- and post-surgery experience on his Instagram page.
“On the 23rd, I went to play football, and I sustained a knee injury. And it’s pretty serious. On November 30th, 2022, I tore my ACL. My MRI came back, and it showed that there is a complete tear on my ACL. I have been advised to go into surgery to fix it,” >he narrated.
In the video, Falz asked for prayers from his fans, colleagues, and well-wishers, as he embarks on the journey to full recovery.
“Current situation. It’s a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me,” he stated.
