A new instruction concerning Mmesoma Ejikeme has been made by Chukwuma Soludo, the governor of the state of Anambra.
He gave the order to place Mmesoma under the supervision of a psychologist for three months in order to provide direction and counselling.
Psychotherapy aids individuals in altering attitudes, feelings, and behaviours that may be problematic or upsetting.
Mmesoma made headlines when she claimed to have received a 362 on the UTME in 2023 but She actually received a 249 in the exam, according to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
In the subsequent drama, JAMB withdrew her score and barred her for three years from taking the test.

The student spoke to the committee, pleading with JAMB for mercy and asserting that ignorance played a “significant role” in the process of getting the bogus result.
Speaking about the situation, the commissioner stated that Soludo’s decision came as a result of the committee’s proposal, which was established by the state government to look into the case.
She stated ;
“We considered what Mmesoma did as ‘juvenile delinquency’ to which any child could fall victim. So, we are not going to throw the baby away with the bath water,”
“She is now under a psychotherapist counsellor who will take her on therapy for three months after which the state government will appeal to JAMB management on behalf of her to reconsider one or two things
