The federal authorities have delisted 28 illicit digital money lending apps.
Delisted DML apps from FCCPC increased from nine to 37 as a result.
The number of approved digital currency lenders expanded to 164 from 154 during this time.
According to the Commission, 54 DML apps are on its watchlist.

The development follows efforts by the Commission to stop the lenders’ mistreatment of Nigerians.
The FCCPC also had unlawful digital money lending apps in the months of July and August.
