ChiChi of BBNaija sues Phyna for N100 million for character defamation.

Phyna was ordered to publicly apologize or pay ChiChi one hundred million Naira in damages and stop uttering any more negative remarks about her.

 

 

Recall that during the recently finished BBNaija Reunion episode, Phyna levelled several accusations against ChiChi.

 

Phyna asserts that Chichi is older than virtually all of the BBN Season 7 housemates and is much older than she claimed to be.

She also claimed that Chichi had killed one of her kids by leaving them behind in Benin.

The reality TV actress also claimed in a Snapchat clip that ChiChi performed her liposuction for N3.5 million and that, before leaving Cyprus for Nigeria, she poisoned her buddy out of jealousy.

However, in a lawsuit that was made public online, ChiChi claimed that Phyna’s accusation was false, defamatory, and harmful to her reputation.
