Nollywood actor describes his experience: “Producers will promise you N10K and end up giving you N1K.”
The actor spoke candidly about his miserable living situation in an interview with @skibocomedy7. He lives in an old zinc house that is full of holes.
He described the demoralizing practice of being given a job costing N10,000 but only receiving N1,000 after finishing it, with the promise that the remaining N10,000 would be deposited into his account. Sadly, the anticipated funds will never materialize.
He continued by saying that the disheartening circumstances led him to withdraw from the position.
The actor also disclosed the appalling working conditions he frequently experiences on set.
He continued by saying that producers frequently have less concern for an actor’s health and don’t care if they are hungry or ill.

Food isn’t even provided on the set, he said, and if someone manages to get some for themselves, the producers would demand their services right away.

he stated ;
“You will be called for a job of N10k, but when you are done you will be given N1k and told that the remaining will be paid into your account but you will see nothing. That was why I gave up on doing such jobs,”
“You will do a standard that will be uploaded on YouTube for someone, this person will still get millions when the job is uploaded on YouTube but he will not even pay for your feeding. I will still buy food with the money I borrowed to go for the job.”
