Jim Arrington, the oldest body builder in the world at 90 years old, said, “I wanted to be a superhero.” (Photos)

Jim is still competing in and winning bodybuilding competitions at the age of 90.

 

He recently participated in an IFBB Professional League competition in Reno, Nevada, where he finished first in the over-80 category and third among men over 70.

 

Even after more than seven decades, Jim’s greatest love in life is still weightlifting.

 

 

 

 

 

He goes to the gym three times a week for two hours each time.

 

The most crucial step is to get the burn. No pain, no gain, they say,

“What works for a person at one time in their life isn’t the same at other times in their life,” he stated.

 

The secret to Jim’s long life is his ability to adapt.
