LAGOS STATE TACKLES YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT, BRINGS HOPE THROUGH LAG-UP INITIATIVE
However, It took place in the Ministry of Youth’s conference room, Hon. Ogunlende was accompanied by the ministry’s permanent secretary, management personnel, and respected partners as he introduced this programme.
Its objective is to provide individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 with state-of-the-art virtual training for a minimum of three months.
An opportunity to obtain certifications from esteemed partners like Google, Microsoft, Meta, and AWS is provided by the LAG-UP programme, which was started in partnership with Wema Bank PLC and GFA Technologies. Wema Bank PLC has provided substantial support covering 75% of the training fees; Ogunlende expressed his sincere gratitude for this.
