I Began my Career at The Age of Ten and Had my First Child at The Age of Fourteen Says Sir Shina Peters (Video).
The Afrojuju crooner said in a recent episode of The Honest Bunch podcast that he began his career at the age of ten and found fame at a young age.
The well-known Nigerian Juju icon Oluwashina Akanbi Peters, better known by his stage name Sir Shina Peters, has shared details about his personal life, including the fact that he fathered his first kid when he was just 14 years old.
In his words;
“I started my career at the age of 10. I had my first child at 14. I bought my first car at 13. I built my first house at 16,”

However, the 67-year-old ruled out the prospect of him returning to the music business, emphasizing that the current climate is no longer “conducive” for him to record.
According to Sir Shina Peters, he has more Igbo admirers than Yoruba, demonstrating that his fan base transcends ethnic boundaries.
He stated ;
“65 per cent of my fans are Igbos, not Yorubas. My fans are demanding that I give them new music but I don’t just go to the studio.
