In Niger State, a man was caught raping a mentally ill woman
According to the Daily Trust, a witness, John Daniel, provided video footage in which the suspect claimed he had not yet penetrated before the mentally-ill woman’s screams alerted people.
Musa, who was discovered with wraps of what appeared to be Indian hemp, blamed his actions on inebriation and a curse from his village, but said what drew him to her was her nakedness.
