Residents around Cross River recover diesel from a collapsed tanker (images/video)

It was learned that on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, the tanker flipped over and burst apart, spilling its cargo.

In the Cross River State neighbourhood of Awi, where a tanker had collapsed, many people, including kids, were seen recovering diesel.

Let’s always stay safe out there, it’s not safe doing this.
