JAMB Announces Mock UTME Results for 2026
The results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mock exam, which took place on March 28, 2026, have been released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Candidates were instructed to check their results by texting “MOCKRESULT” to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number they registered with for the 2026 UTME, according to a statement released by the board’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin.
Benjamin further revealed that 152,586 of the 224,597 applicants who enrolled for the mock exam passed it.
Over 989 Computer-Based Test (CBT) locations around the country participated in the experiment.
He noted that the board has now delisted over 20 centers that encountered technological difficulties during the exercise.
Additionally, the JAMB spokesman cautioned candidates to be wary of people or organizations making misleading and illegal promises about their ability to manipulate or inflate UTME marks.
“Candidates found engaging in such activities risk having their registration cancelled or their results withdrawn,” he stated.
Candidates were also prompted by the board that the main UTME exam will start on April 16.
