Recall that Davido suffered a great deal of criticism from Muslims after posting a music video of his signee, Logos Olori’s recently released song, “Jayelo,” on his social media accounts. This was because some Muslims found the song’s content offensive.

Before Davido removed the video, which was requested by many Muslims, the singer was suspended by enraged groups, who then forbade people from listening to Davido’s music in various places.

A recent incident involves several young people ripping off Davido’s poster and lighting it on fire, as seen in a video.
