Nollywood actor Wale Akorede Okunnu criticizes Olasco Films over unpaid work, saying, “I’ll Never Forgive You” (Video)
Veteran Nigerian comedian Wale Akorede, also known by his stage name Okunnu, has criticized renowned marketer Olasco Films for an unpaid work done by him.
The actor said he hasn’t forgiven Olasco for not paying for a film he produced for him a few years ago in a now-trending chat with media personality Olugbenga Oropo Valentine on the SAWORO program.
Okunnu, who described the unpaid money as his “sweat,” recounted the incident and mentioned that he received no payment from the film he created, directed, and starred in.
He stated ;
“I once did a movie for Olasco and he didn’t give me anything. Not even N5 for pure water till this moment. I don’t know if I will later be paid on judgement day. I haven’t forgiven Olasco.
“Mr Akeem Balogun Olasco, I don’t know about tomorrow, but as at the moment, I haven’t forgiven Olasco.
“I wrote a movie ‘Aare’. I directed it and played the lead role. Both part 1 and part 2 of the movie were released at the same time. I didn’t see a dime from it.
