Nigeria Singer Oxlade Explains Why he Dropped Out of Varsity in Final Year.

He claimed that the reason he left Lagos State University (LASU) was because of a close call to death.

 

The ‘Ojuju’ crooner recently appeared in a new episode of the Temisan-hosted Tea with Tay podcast, in which he talked about how several men tried to convince him to join a gang.

He claimed that while he was in his final year of school, cultists were pressuring him to join their ranks.

 

 

 

Oxlade recounted how his grandmother had once asked him on the phone to return home to Ibadan.

He claimed that very day, his tormentors broke into his residence, attacked his roommate, and nearly killed him.
