Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has condemned Russia’s latest wave of attacks on Ukrainian cities, which have resulted in four deaths and 10 injuries.
The attacks, which occurred on the night of January 31, involved missiles, attack drones, and aerial bombs, causing widespread destruction and chaos.
In Poltava, a residential building was hit, with a section of the building completely destroyed. Ten people, including children, were wounded, and three people lost their lives.
Zelenskyy expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and emphasized the need for increased support in defending against Russian terror.
The attacks also caused damage in Zaporizhia, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Kyiv regions. In Kharkiv, one person was killed in a strike drone attack, while two people were killed in the Sumy region.
Zelenskyy urged international partners to act and fulfill their agreements, increasing pressure on Russia to stop its terrorist acts. He emphasized the importance of air defense systems and anti-missiles in saving lives.
