It is now official, Funke Akindele is the PDP’s candidate for Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
Remember that the “Jenifa Diary” actress, who recently divorced her estranged husband, JJC Skillz, was nominated as the PDP Deputy for Lagos Governorship Candidate.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State had shortlisted five candidates as probable running mates for the party’s governorship candidate, Alhaji Abdulaziz Olajide Adediran, also known as Jandor.

Hon. Otaigbe Imadegbelo, a Twitter user and political strategist, corroborated this in a post he published, stating:
“Funke Akindele is Lagos PDP candidate, Jandors running mate”.
