A woman from Malawi took drastic action after discovering her husband’s infidelity. The wife, who has not been named, destroyed her entire maize field after catching her husband having sex with another woman in the field.
The incident occurred when the wife visited her field to fetch vegetables and stumbled upon her husband in a compromising situation.
The husband and his mistress fled the scene, leaving the wife alone and overcome with shock and anger.
In a fit of rage, the wife grabbed a slasher and began cutting down the maize crop. An eyewitness described the scene as frantic and uncontrollable, with the wife slashing at the maize “like it was her enemy.”
By the time the wife stopped, the entire field had been destroyed, leaving nothing but a trail of ruined crops.Â
